The RACGP Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural and Health Training Framework was officially launched at the opening ceremony of #GP24.
This framework is key to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander values, ways of thinking and approaches to learning into RACGP education and training.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical education experts and leaders led the development of the framework, including our very own JCTS Senior Medical Educator and National Clinical Leads, Dr Danielle Arabena and Dr Kali Haywood.
The Framework sets out a plan to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander values and ways of being and doing in GP training.
